The IF-FZQA is an automatic vertical foam cutting machine designed for medium to high-volume production. The operator places a foam block on the cutting table. The machine automatically clamps the block, positions the cutting blade, and makes the vertical cut at the programmed thickness. The cutting head then returns to its starting position, and the operator removes the cut sheet.
Unlike horizontal cutters that slice blocks into horizontal layers, vertical cutters cut perpendicular to the block length.
