►IF-FF3 Automatic Box Foaming Machine is mainly designed for making soft polyurethane foam with a density of 8-80kg/cm³in the form squares, rectangles or cylinders.
This machine adopts highly automated and flexible touch screen control system, which allows the user to store different foam formulas and adjust them at any time.
►The machine can be designed according to customer's specifications (size of mixer, quantity of components, size of mould, tanks, brand of components, pumps, motors, etc.) to produce conventional foams and also to produce memory and high strength foams.
►It is used in the manufacturing of furniture, chest circumference, shoes, electronics packing, clothing, car, aviation etc. The line has a fully automatic computer control and a manual control, which makes it easy to operate and ideal for medium-sized soft polyurethane manufacturers.
