Multi-needle quilting uses a row of sewing needles arranged across a quilting head. As the fabric and foam layers pass under the head, all needles stitch simultaneously, creating parallel rows of stitching in a single pass. This is much faster than single-needle quilting and produces uniform, consistent stitch patterns across the entire panel width.
The IF-Q-1200 features a multi-needle quilting head with adjustable stitch length, pattern selection, and material feed speed. It handles multiple layers including fabric, foam (up to 30mm thick), batting, and non-woven materials. The machine produces everything from simple channel quilting to complex decorative patterns.

Both machines share the same features and capabilities. The only difference is working width: the IF-Q-1200 handles panels up to 1200mm wide, while the IF-Q-1400 handles up to 1400mm wide. Choose the IF-Q-1200 for standard mattress sizes and smaller upholstery panels. Choose the IF-Q-1400 if you produce king-size mattress panels or wide upholstery pieces.
